iKapa ITMC is a private Destination Management Company that offers full ground handling services throughout Southern Africa. The business was founded in 1994 at the time when South Africa's new democracy was born. More than a decade later iKapa's business has grown from strength to strength and enjoys excellent relationships both locally and internationally. We are proud of our brand and carry it to the highest standard and believe in making a difference for the people of South Africa.

Network

We use a network of satellite offices throughout Southern Africa who share the same service driven philosophy. These offices are located in the following centers:  Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, White River, Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, Kimberley, Sun City, George, Madikwe.  Livingstone, Zambia, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe , Maun, Botswana, Windhoek, Namibia, Swakopmund, Namibia.

Experience

In the 15 years of operation both as a DMC and as a Coach Company which have carried hundreds of thousands of passengers and have had very diverse clientele. On the Coaching side we have been directly and indirectly involved in some of the country’s most memorable and auspicious events and have transported royalty, celebrities and government officials. Our DMC business mainly focuses on the international leisure market and provides a complete ground handling service for the individual traveler as well as specialist groups and incentives.

Social Responsibility

We are committed to uplifting the previously disadvantaged and have participated in several projects in and around Cape Town through the donation of resources, transportation and overall support. We have however made a formal commitment to an organization called Uthando and will endeavor to support them through participation in their Tour Operator Program as well as visits to various projects which they are associated with. Uthando (LOVE) South Africa is a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO) and an Incorporated Section 21 Company, based in Cape Town, South Africa (registration 2007/030289/08).
