Day 1 Arrival in Botswana
Upon arrival at Maun Airport and after clearing customs/immigrations, you will be met and assisted onto your scheduled charter flight into the southern region of Chobe National Park. Upon arrival at Savute, you will be met by your guide and transferred the short distance to Savute Safari Lodge. Overnight at Savute Safari Lodge on a fully inclusive basis.

Day 2 Savute
Exploring the Savute region with local professional safari guides can be very exciting as this area is renowned for its abundance in many different species of African wildlife, in particular the resident elephant bulls that tend to make the Savute their home.
Savuti is home to a multitude of animals and delivers an action packed experiences for visitors to the region. Game viewing, more specifically in the dryer season is characterised by hordes elephants jostling each other around half-empty pans and watering holes while thirsty impala, kudu and other herbivores have to wait for a chance to get to quench their thirst. The rains bring hundreds of birds, more specifically a wonderful variety of waterfowl which use this area to raise their young on the many water filled pans. The Savuti Marsh and the surrounding area is also a favourite area for visiting migrant birds such as Pratincole and Carmine Bee-eaters. Furthermore, with the advent of the rainy season, the lions and hyenas enjoy a feeding frenzy as thousands of migrating zebra enjoy the fresh shoots and grazing available on the Savuti Marsh as they journey toward the Makgadikgadi pans.

Day 3 Moremi Game Reserve
Today you will be collected at Savute for your charter flight to the edge of the Okavango Delta – the Xaxanaka region of the Moremi Game Reserve. Upon arrival there you will be met by the guide and transferred the short distance to Camp Moremi. Overnight at Camp Moremi on a fully inclusive basis.

Day 4 Moremi Game Reserve
To many visitors, the Xaxanaka region of the Moremi Game Reserve can be envisaged as a live Garden of Eden. Explore this area by open 4x4 modified game viewing vehicles under the guidance of professional safari guides. Morning and late afternoon game drive activities are offered to guests.

Day 5 Okavango Delta
This morning you will depart Camp Moremi by boat as you venture into the heart of the Okavango Delta. This boat transfer lasts approximately three hours with scheduled refreshment stops along the way. Although a transfer, this is actually an activity in itself as you are taken along the serpentine channels and streams of the Okavango Delta to get from one lodge to the other. Stops are made along the way to observe the many animal and bird species that make the Okavango Delta their home. Arrive at Xugana Island Lodge in time for a hearty brunch and an opportunity to settle into your safari tent before the afternoon activity. Overnight at Xugana Island Lodge on a fully inclusive basis.

Day 6 Okavango Delta
Explore the water wilderness of the Okavango on a choice of water-based activities. These range from boat trips, game walks on the surrounding islands to Mokoro (traditional canoe) activities, all guided by experienced professional safari guides.
The Okavango Delta, and more specifically the permanent Okavango Delta form a unique ecosystem which is fascinating and rewarding to visit for the avid safari-goer. This area, with its combination of permanent watercourses, massive floodplains and network of intriguing island networks is a safe haven to many animal and bird species.

Day 7 A fond farewell…
Today you will be collected at Xugana Island for your scheduled charter flight back to Maun Airport.
