A small boutique hotel located in a garden setting in Johannesburg close to the business districts of Sandton, Rosebank and Illovo. Accommodation is provided in ten individually designed suites each opening on to a private garden or terrace. Suites comprise a separate lounge area, guest toilet and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Each suite has high speed internet connection, a complimentary mini bar, fire place and full bathroom with steam bath. Amenities such as breakfast, tea, coffee and the mini bar are complimentary. In Summer and on warm winter days guests are encouraged to dine al fresco on the patio in front of the state of the art double volume wine cellar. Transfers in the hotel’s own vehicles can be arranged to and from business meetings as well as to and from the airport at any time.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, there will be no charge and if payment has been made, the full amount of such payment will be refunded.

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date, the following charges will apply:-

• -    If cancelled within 30 days but more than 14 days of arrival date, 50% of the full amount of the full amount of the reservation will be refunded;

• -    If cancelled within 14 days but more than 7 days of arrival date, 25% of the full amount of the full amount of the reservation will be refunded;

• -    If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Ten Bompas can take up to one child per suite.  

Children of all ages welcome.
